Tattoo Daddy

Delete Your Account

Delete your Tattoo Daddy account and the data attached to it at any time — here is how, and what happens to each kind of data.

You can delete your Tattoo Daddy account and the data attached to it at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, and what is not. It applies to the app published by Kernelics LLP.

Deleting Your Account in the App

Open the Profile tab, choose Delete account, and confirm. Deletion starts immediately and you are signed out. You do not need to contact us first.

Deleting Your Account by Email

If you cannot sign in, write to legal@kernelics.com from the email address linked to your account, so that we can identify it. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We handle valid requests as quickly as we can and within 30 days.

What Is Deleted

Deleting your account removes:

  • your account record, your name and email address, and your sign-in credentials;
  • every design you generated, together with the images behind them;
  • your briefs and the prompts assembled from them;
  • the pictures you uploaded, including reference photographs and saved try-on images;
  • the designs you liked;
  • your generation allowance and its full history;
  • your subscription record;
  • the whole storage area holding your files.

If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to revoke the sign-in token we hold for you.

What Is Kept

Some records survive deletion:

  • a short record of each completed top-up purchase, which stops the same pack being credited twice and which we may need for tax and accounting. It holds the store's transaction identifier, the product, the number of generations granted, and any refund. The internal identifier of the account that bought it is erased as part of the deletion, so the record that remains is not linked to you. Subscription purchases leave no such record: they live on your subscription row, which is deleted;
  • analytics events and error reports already sent to our analytics provider, which expire on their own 12-month retention, and the customer record held by our subscription provider, which is not deleted automatically today;
  • our server logs, which hold technical records of requests and errors and are kept for the rolling window our hosting provider retains them for, which is measured in days rather than months;
  • messages you sent us through the contact form on our website, together with the IP address, browser user agent and timestamp recorded with them, until their 3-month retention expires;
  • any copies still held by the AI providers that processed your requests, which we cannot reach or delete.

Contact-form messages deserve a word of their own, because they are the one thing here that account deletion does not even attempt to reach. The form does not require an account and we do not link a message to one, so there is no connection for the deletion to follow. They are stored in our Convex database, read only by the people at Kernelics LLP who handle support, kept for 3 months and then deleted automatically by a job that runs every day.

If you want any of these removed as far as we are able, including a contact-form message, write to legal@kernelics.com. For a contact-form message, tell us the address you sent it from and roughly when, so we can find it.

Your Subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, otherwise the App Store will keep charging you. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
